Olomouc 21. dubna (ČTK) – Olomoucký vrchní soud dnes zprostil Evu Grycovou obžaloby z účastenství na pokusu o vraždu jejího muže v brněnském lomu Hády. Podle soudu se neprokázalo, že by čin spáchala. Jejímu milenci Josefu Koprivovi trest snížil z 16 na 13 let. Odsouzen byl v mírnější trestní sazbě s tím, že se neprokázal v jeho případě zištný motiv. Oba původně krajský soud potrestal 16 lety vězení. Podle rozsudku Kopriva bohatého podnikatele před čtyřmi lety strčil ze srázu, muž se ale zachytil pod jeho okrajem. Zachránili ho kolemjdoucí. Podle původní obžaloby vraždu naplánovala Grycová, která to ale po celou dobu procesu popírala.
Případ se stal v listopadu roku 2017. Úspěšného podnikatele vylákal Kopriva, tehdejší milenec Grycové, do lomu Hády pod záminkou konzultace ohledně prodeje pozemků. Podle obžaloby ho tam strčil ze srázu, ale muž se zachytil kousek pod okrajem lomu. Kopriva se ho snažil skopnout a házel mu i písek do očí. Vyrušili ho kolemjdoucí, kteří muže pod okrajem lomu drželi do příjezdu policistů, kteří se k němu slanili.
Kopriva se k činu přiznal, tvrdil však, že plán vymyslela jednačtyřicetiletá Grycová, která si tak chtěla opatřit dědictví z manželova jmění. Údajně mu za čin slíbila odměnu 50 milionů korun. Její o 33 let starší manžel v její vinu po celou dobu procesu nevěřil. Kopriva byl od zadržení ve vazbě, Grycovou olomoucký vrchní soud loni v létě z vazby pustil na kauci deset milionů korun, kterou zaplatil její manžel.
