Praha 4. června (ČTK) – Asi 400 lidí se dnes sešlo v Praze, aby pochodem z Palackého náměstí k ministerstvu spravedlnosti upozornili na podle nich nedostatečné trestání pachatelů sexuálního a domácího násilí v Česku. Tito pachatelé jsou podle iniciativy Bez trestu, která pochod iniciovala, v jednom ze dvou případů znásilnění, která řeší soud, potrestáni jen podmínkou.
Někteří účastníci pochodu s sebou přinesli transparenty s nápisy jako Chce to souhlas, Ne znamená ne nebo Respekt je sexy. Průvod z Palackého náměstí zamířil k ministerstvu spravedlnosti. Pochodu se zúčastnily zvláště mladé ženy. Podle mluvčích, mezi něž patřily Klára Kadar a Lucie Hrdá z iniciativy Bez trestu nebo Johanna Nejedlová z organizace Konsent, která se problematice násilí a znásilnění věnuje dlouhodobě, ženám brání v nahlašování znásilnění kromě zpochybňování jejich tvrzení třetími osobami také výše trestů, kterou je pachatel mnohdy potrestán.
„To, co chceme, (iniciativa Bez trestu) je, aby veřejnost, jak laická, tak odborná, přestala bagatelizovat sexualizované a domácí násilí a začala ho brát vážně. Chceme, aby se začalo brát vážně to, jak těžké je pro oběti takových trestných činů projít trestním řízením a tím peklem, co se jim stalo před ním,“ řekla na protestu advokátka zabývající se dlouhodobě domácím a sexuálním násilím a problematikou obětí trestné činnosti a jedna ze zakládajících členek iniciativy Bez trestu Hrdá.
Protest byl poklidný a trval asi hodinu. Účastníci měli nasazené roušky a výrazně se neshlukovali, policisté tak proti účastníkům pochodu nezasahovali. Během pochodu přes náplavku k Vyšehradské ulici, kde ministerstvo spravedlnosti sídlí, se k zástupu přidávali další lidé. Průvod dorazil před budovu ministerstva spravedlnosti zhruba v 18:30. Někteří účastníci zanechali na oknech budovy uvázané červené a fialové stužky, které účastníci pochodu dostali od organizátorů na začátku akce.
Cílem iniciativy Bez trestu je vytvoření veřejně přístupné databáze všech trestních rozsudků, ze které by bylo možné čerpat informace o tom, jak se v Česku sexuální a domácí násilí trestá. Členové a podporovatelé iniciativy rovněž chtějí otevřít diskusi o povinném vzdělávání soudců a státních zástupců v oborech viktimologie nebo psychologie obětí trestného činu a podobně.
